The $50 Cut & Quote is a one-time introductory service. It includes a full professional lawn cut along with a complete on-site assessment of your property. This visit allows us to properly measure your lawn, evaluate its condition, identify any special requirements, and determine which services make sense going forward.
It is important to understand that $50 is not a representation of your ongoing weekly or bi-weekly service price. Your regular service rate may be higher or lower than $50, depending on factors such as lawn size, trimming needs, service frequency, and overall scope of work.

Pricing For Additional Services
If you are only interested in additional services such as garden work, hedge trimming, cleanups, fertilization, or other non-mowing services and do not require lawn cutting, a $50 quote fee applies.
This $50 covers our time on site to assess your property, measure the scope of work, and prepare an accurate, professional quote.
If you choose to move forward with the quoted service, the $50 quote fee will be deducted from the cost of that service.
